2. Vietnamese law
– For services provided for exercising the competence of the Government, they may only be implemented in the form of joint-venture after 03 (three) years or in other forms after 05 (five) years after the private enterprise Human beings are allowed to trade in such services.
– The provision of technical inspection and analysis services is limited to activities in geographical areas identified by competent authorities for defense and security reasons.
