1. WTO, FTAs, AFAS: Unbound except as a foreign entity which is a juridical person of a WTO Member of an ASEAN Member State and other FTAs.
For services related to topography, engineering geology, hydrological geology, environmental survey, technical survey in service of urban-rural development planning, branch and house development planning Foreign investment is only available after the Government of Vietnam allows it.
2. Vietnamese law does not regulate investment conditions applicable to foreign investors.
