Conditions for investing in notarial activities (CPC 8613) in Vietnam

Condition:
1. WTO, FTAs: Not specified in Schedule of Commitments.
2. Vietnamese law
– A notary public must be a Vietnamese citizen permanently residing in Vietnam.
– The notary office must have two or more notary public. The notary office has no capital contributing members.
